The Zaißerei winery with its exquisite wines is an insider tip in Stuttgart. Now in its fifth generation, Andreas Zaiß, viticultural technician, stands for quality and tradition at this winery, in line with his philosophy: natural viticulture with an unmistakable character His wines reflect the characteristic conditions of their origin: on the one hand, the knowledge of the vines, on the other hand, the recognition of the peculiarities of the vineyards and climate. In doing so, he strives for a balance between proven tradition and new approaches in viticulture. New impulses from business trips to Australia and California constantly flow into his work. First and foremost, however, Andreas Zaiß is committed to producing typically German, typically Württemberg top quality. The Zaißerei winery is located in Stuttgart-Münster, in the landscape conservation area between the banks of the Neckar and the sunny slopes above the riverbed. The Cannstatter Zuckerle, grown in vineyards supported by dry stone walls, is a vineyard known far beyond the region's borders. The work here is carried out exclusively by hand.
