Sharing with Wineries

If you choose to make purchases on the Website, your information will be shared with the applicable winery. For example, if you purchase a bottle of wine, your order request will be sent to the winery for fulfillment. They will receive the information necessary to fulfill your order, but they will not receive any of your payment information. We are responsible for paying them for your purchase. 

Additionally, if you book a tasting or other experience at a winery, your information will be shared with the winery. When you arrive at the winery, they may require you to complete additional paperwork. Any additional paperwork completed is not shared with us. 

Sharing with Other Companies

Additionally, the Website may use third-party service providers to service various aspects of the Website. Each third-party service provider’s use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policies. The Website currently uses the following third-party service providers:

  • Google Analytics – This service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.
  • Stripe – This service is used to serve our E-commerce platform. At no time is your banking information passed to the Website. We receive only information used for order fulfillment.
  • FloDesk – This service is used for the delivery of email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications.
  • WooCommerce – If you make a purchase from the Website, WooCommerce provides the software used for processing. Your information is not shared with third parties, except as described above for sharing with a particular winery. 

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.
