Cheers! I’m Maria, a Las Vegas native living in Europe, a former fashion buyer (so I know a bit about marketing and e-commerce), a proud mom and military wife, and a wine enthusiast.
I think finding cool wineries online should be easy. But while moving cities and traveling throughout Europe, I noticed a missing link between local European winemakers and modern-day wine lovers (like me!) trying to find wine experiences online.
I’ve knocked on the doors of wineries that don’t have their hours listed on Google, driven down tiny backroads to vineyards only the locals know, and Google Translated my way through more tasting menus than I can count. Basically, I drank a lot of wine. (And found it was much more difficult to discover than it should be.)
THE PROBLEM? WINERIES ARE MISSING OUT ON INCREDIBLY VALUABLE BUSINESS, FROM BOTH LOCALS AND TOURISTS, BY STAYING OFFLINE.
So I founded Really Grape to put your wine online.
