Vineyard dining

Enjoy a special dining experience with four regional and organic courses paired with wines at Weingut Trautwein. The experience begins daily at 11 am. You’ll be welcomed at Weingut Trautwein with a glass of Crémant. Armed with a hiking app, sunscreen, and hiking boots, embark on the 9 km route through our vineyards. At two scenic spots, you’ll be treated to various regional delicacies perfectly paired with accompanying wines. At the end of the hike, you’ll return to the winery to indulge in a dessert, more wine, or even a coffee. Here is an example of the delights you will savor, which may vary depending on the season:

1. Regional cheese and cured meats from an organic Black Forest farm (Melcherhof)
2. Tomato and rosemary spread, lentil and vegetable salad
3. Homemade bread
4. Saisonal Dessert (for example Apple Crumble)
