Wine Festival in Niederkirchen
July 28 - August 2
For wine connoisseurs, the “Wine Festival” in Niederkirchen is one of the absolute highlights of the festival season on the German Wine Route. Every year on the last weekend in June, everything in the wine-growing community of Niederkirchen traditionally revolves around wine as a cultural asset. Numerous wineries open their courtyards and invite guests from all over Germany to the “Wine Festival”.
In Niederkirchen, everyone gets their money’s worth: those who want to celebrate in style can do so at one of the numerous live concerts. The quiet wine connoisseur looking for a little relaxation with a glass of wine in good company is also in the right place here.
An extensive support program in the courtyards and around the village square ensures a good atmosphere. In addition to the traditional Schoppen wines, wine lovers can also enjoy full-bodied wines by the glass with matching dishes.
