Join us for Germany’s Oldest Wine Festival: Moselfest Winningem from August 30th – September 8th!
From the last weekend in August to the first weekend in September, Winningen once again celebrates the Mosel Festival – the oldest wine festival in Germany!

Friday, August 30th,
7:00 p.m. Ceremonial opening of the festival at the Weinhexbrunnen. Entertainment and atmospheric music with the Winningen Winegrowers’ band.
Saturday, August 31st
2:00 p.m. Atmosphere at the Weinhof with the Pommern music club.
2:45 p.m. According to an old tradition, a parade goes to the Weinhex fountain.
3:00 p.m. Arrival of the winegrowers’ parade at the Weinhof and greeting of the festival guests by the Winninger wine majesties.
8:00 p.m. Premiere of the Moselfest play “ The Nighttime Visit ” on the open-air stage on the market square.
8:00 p.m. Mega party with the band SIXBIT.
Sunday, September 1st
7:00 a.m. Traditional wake-up call by theWinningen drum and fife corps
. 11:00 a.m. Coronation and congratulations on the new wine majesties at the Weinhexbrunnen. Followed by a morning pint with the Winningen winegrowers’ band.
5:00 p.m. Live music at the winery with the band TONIC.
6:00 p.m. Performance of the Moselfest play “ The Nighttime Visit ” on the open-air stage on the market square.
Monday, September 2nd
10:30 a.m. Morning cruise with the MS River Dream
2:00 p.m. The Winninger Wine Cellar presents: TNO.
Tuesday, September 3rd
2:15 p.m. Guided hike by the Eifelverein Untermosel “ Around the Winninger Wine Festival “, start: Weinhof
7:00 p.m. MoselMusicFestival: Open-air concert “ Unterbieberger Hofmusik – dahoam und retour ” in the garden of the Protestant community center.
Wednesday 4 September
7:00 p.m. Performance of the Moselfest play “ The Nighttime Visit ” on the open-air stage at the market square. With wine sales by Moselfest Winningen eV

8:00 p.m. Thursday is HOLIDAY HARD!
Friday, September 6th
2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Wine market in the garden of the Protestant community center. 16 Winningen wineries and guest wineries offer over 120 wines and sparkling wines for tasting. Entrance fee: €25
7:00 p.m. Serving begins at the winery.
8:30 p.m. The cover band ZUFALLSEXPERIMENT will be playing.
Saturday, September 7th
2:00 p.m. Entertainment and mood music with the Winningen winegrowers’ band.
4:00 p.m. For the younger guests: Fun games to join in and entertainment for children and the young at heart.
8:00 p.m. Performance of the Moselfest play “The Nighttime Visit” on the open-air stage on the market square.

12:00 p.m. Photo session with Weinhex and Wine Queen.
3:00 p.m. Last performance of the Mosel Festival play “The Nighttime Visit” on the open-air stage on the market square.
5:00 p.m. Music with DJ JAYPEE from Mac-Light-Music.
10:00 p.m. Fireworks display “The Mosel in the Magic of Fire “
