Burrweiler Wineries Wine Festival

In Burrweiler, narrow alleyways lead past half-timbered houses to a dozen local wineries. On the last weekend in August, numerous winegrowers, associations, and private individuals invite visitors to the wine festival in the winegrowers’ courtyards.

Wineries open their courtyards, and there are also wine bars along the Gaisberg, Main, and Wine Roads. The four-day wine festival opens on Friday evening. A representative selection of Burrweiler wines, tasted in advance by experts, can be sampled at a wine-tasting stand.
