A traditional American Thanksgiving dinner at Weingut Schloss Janson in the Pfalz. The menu comes from the family recipes of Sarah, whose father is a well-known American chef and cookbook author, and the main course is served as a buffet. It is paired with six house wines from winemaker Kurt, whose Pfalz wines have won awards. The ticket includes three courses, the wine pairing, coffee and sparkling water.
