Zieglers Hofbesen Nikolausbesen | Stuttgart-Uhlbach | 2026

The Ziegler family opens their Besen (a pop-up wine tavern run by the winemaker) for one week in November for the St. Nicholas season. The menu goes from Linsen mit Spätzle (lentils with egg noodles) and homemade Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli) to Schwartenmagen (head cheese), if you’re feeling brave. Besides their wines, cuvées and sparkling wine, they pour fruit brandies and gin and tonics. Open daily from 11:30 AM.
