This Besen (a pop-up wine tavern run by the winemaker) opens in the Raith family’s old stable in Mühlhausen from 4 to 15 November (closed 10 November). They serve Swabian dishes with their own wine, grown on the steep vineyards around the Max-Eyth-See. Open daily from 11 AM, Saturdays from 2 PM.
