The following Sipper Terms of Use (“Sipper Terms”) constitute an agreement between Really Grape LLC (“Company”), and you that governs your use of this website to establish a Sipper account and all of its associated services, content, and functionality.
The Sipper Terms are incorporated by reference into Really Grape’s Terms of Use, located here. If the Sipper Terms are silent on any aspect, please review the Terms of Use.
For ease of reading, Company has published components of its Terms on multiple pages of this website. The following are incorporated as part of these Terms by reference:
Throughout the Sipper Terms, the collective content from the Website and any product/service sold by Company on the Website will be referred to as “Company Content.”
Your use of the Company Content constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to, the following Sipper Terms.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Company reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or update its products, Website, policies, and these Terms. These Terms are subject to change without notice. If you do not agree with or do not accept any part of these Terms of Use, you must not use the Website.
ESTABLISHING YOUR ACCOUNT
On the Website, you may create a Sipper account (“Sipper”). It is free of charge to create this account. You must have an account in order to make purchases.

PURCHASE POLICIES
Purchasing Experiences
On the Website, you may reserve and purchase experiences from Wineries, which may include tastings or other offerings. Company processes your purchases, and submits your reservation information to the Winery, which may then accept or reject your reservation.
The Winery will receive your contact information, which you submit at the time of your reservation. If there are any issues with your reservation, the Winery may reach out to you with questions. By making this purchase, you are giving us permission to transfer your information to the Winery for fulfillment.
Legal Drinking Age
When you submit your reservation, you are verifying that you are of legal drinking age in the country where the purchase will be delivered. The Winery reserves the right to verify your age at the time of the experience. If you are not of legal age, no refunds will be due to you.
Refunds
At the time you submit your reservation, you will enter your payment information. If the Winery must cancel for any reason, you will not be charged.
Once the reservation is accepted, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you will not be charged for the experience. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the full amount.
Waivers
During your experience, the Winery may require additional paperwork, such as liability waivers. Company is not responsible for these waivers. Company is not responsible for your experience with the Winery.
No Liability
By submitting your reservation, you are giving us permission to transfer your information to the Winery for fulfillment. The Winery will be responsible for all aspects of the experience. You agree that you will not hold Really Grape responsible for any issues related to the experience.
MESSAGING THE WINERY
Your Sipper Account will give you the ability to message a Winery if you have made a purchase. This dashboard is where they will see the information related to your order.
At all times, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct when using the messaging system.
If it is found that any user has violated any of the Terms, Company reserves the right to ban the individual from holding an account on the Website or from accessing any Company Content.
You agree that Really Grape is not responsible for the content of any messages sent from third parties to you on the Really Grape platform.
REVIEWS
You will be invited to leave reviews for Wineries who you have hired through Really Grape. You are asked to leave honest feedback. The review should adhere to the Code of Conduct and should not be false or defamatory. Company does not make it a practice to remove reviews, but if you have left inappropriate information, Company will be forced to do so. Wineries are given the opportunity to request that we consider reviews for removal.
Please note that Company will not actively monitor the reviews that are submitted. If you encounter an issue with a review, please notify us immediately.
You agree that you will leave only honest reviews for Wineries.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In all messages, you agree to follow our Code of Conduct. The following types of communications will not be tolerated:
- Harassment directed toward any other Wine Drinker, Winery, or Company’s staff
- No profanity or sexual content
- Spam, which includes unsolicited pitches of any kind
- Hate Speech of any kind
- Defamatory statements regarding any party, including Company
- References to illegal acts
- Contributions that may violate the rights of any third party (e.g., claiming a piece of content is your work and another party has the rights)
Any violations of the Code of Conduct should be reported immediately to the Company. Company’s sole discretion will be used to determine if a member is in violation of these policies. Any Winery or Sipper in violation will be deleted promptly and will no longer be able to access their account. No refund will be due to a member who has been removed for a violation of this policy.
You agree to abide by the Really Grape Code of Conduct in your messages.
TESTIMONIALS
Occasionally, we may solicit testimonials about the Really Grape service. If you provide us with a testimonial, you agree that we may publish the content of the testimonial, as well as your name and photo.
NO GUARANTEES
It’s our hope that all relationships formed through Really Grape will go smoothly. Our goal is to provide a platform where you can find the right winery, whether it is for the purchase of a bottle of wine or to book an experience.
However, we cannot guarantee that all relationships will go smoothly. The Really Grape Terms of Use contain additional information regarding our policy on guarantees. Please review them for more information.
OTHER TERMS
All other terms from the Terms of Use are incorporated into the Sippers Terms.
