Set in the heart of Lieser, Weingut Axel Pauly invites guests to discover the Mosel through a guided tasting of 8–10 carefully selected wines. With three generations of family tradition and a winemaking style shaped by experience in France, California, and New Zealand, Axel Pauly crafts wines that are as precise and clear as spring water. Mineral water is served alongside to keep your palate fresh.

True to the winery’s philosophy, no bread or snacks are offered, so the Riesling, Pinot Noir, and other varieties can express their full character without distraction. And if time allows, you might enjoy a bonus peek into their striking wine cellar, named one of Germany’s 50 most beautiful by the German Wine Institute.

All of this unfolds high above the Mosel River, with vineyard slopes and winding waters creating a view as memorable as the wines themselves.
