Inside the Ecosystem Darwin, high place of the ecological transition in Bordeaux, you will discover the world of wine for a few hours with the winemaker Maxime Rozé inside the urban Winery : La Micro Winerie🎁 🍇

You will start with a visit of the Winery, with an explanation of the winemaking process, and the specificities of the wines and vintage.

Then you will learn the particularities of the region of Bordeaux, and taste its main grape varieties. You will enjoy their aromas, complexities in order to better understand what makes the complexity of the wines of Bordeaux : the Blending.✨

By associating different grape varieties, you will create THE wine that you like, bottle it and get back home with it.
