“Alles neu macht der Mai!” – Everything new comes with May, and Brackenheim’s annual Kelterparty is here to pop bottles and welcome this season sips. Hosted by the Stromberg-Zabergäu Winery, clink glasses as you taste the new vintages with food, music, and a big local crowd that’s ready to raise a glass to the warmer months ahead.
Wait—what’s a Kelter? It’s the German word for a traditional wine press. A Kelterparty is like a release party meets cellar celebration—a chance to enjoy brand-new wines right where they were made.
If you’re looking for a wine event near Stuttgart, a fun night out with friends, or a chill but festive kickoff to your May holiday, this is your sip sign.

The Württemberg region is known for easy-to-love reds and super refreshing whites. At this event, keep an eye out for Trollinger (light and fruity), Lemberger (spicy and bold), and Riesling (crisp and dry). If you have a favorite – buy a few bottles because the “locals” will start buying them in cases.
